Honeymoon Baby~!

Before the wedding, we were thinking of few places to go for our honeymoon. Initially we settled down with Sydney, but nearer to our wedding date, we felt that it is not the right time to go Sydney. We planned for our honeymoon to be during the period of mid December till End December. So you know, December is a peak period and airfares to Sydney were crazy. We thought that it was not worth it to pay such price for a flight.

So we finally settle for , Koh Samui after remembering the breathtaking view from Fauzie Laily wife's instagram account on the sunset! After much research done, we book for Hansar Samui Resort which is located at Bophut Beach. Chaweng Beach was the much kecoh & lively place, but since we are on a honeymoon trip , we go for somewhere private and lesser crowds.

At Changi Airport - Our 1st Time Traveling Together

Our flight was in the morning, and we reach Koh Samui at about noon time. We have already arranged beforehand for the transport arrangement to hotel to and fro. Although the journey from the airport is about 10 mins Ride, since it is our honeymoon, everything has to be specially catered for. Ha Ha.

The moment we step into Hansar Samui, we are welcome with this superb view.

Rooms in Hansar Samui Resort are build with an open concept. If for Ang Mohs, I think they are fine with this concept even if they travel with families. Since we are Asians, this hotels are recommended more for honeymooners rather than families. Seriously, everything is open and there is no door to the shower room..so...you know i know je lah.

Fantastic View we got here

We rested for a while and since our resort was near to the Fisherman Village, we decided to have a slow walk and see what's in there for us and go grab some lunch.

Kohinoor Indian Pub & Restaurant

After walking for some time, we found an Indian Restaurant, Kohinoor. It is just by he main streets, so it is definately easy to find this restaurant. It is beside a mani/pedi + massage shop. We are aware in Thailand, though the food is halal, their restaurant do serves alcohol as well. This is their culture. We just asked if they are halal, and they even showed us their halal cert at the back of the menu. I don't know but thier Indian food serving can be quite expensive though, but ironically a lot of people came there to eat thier Indian Food. Ang Moh's loves Indian Food I shall conclude. Ha Ha. We were so famished that we even forget to take a picture of what we ate. But it's all tasty :)

After our late lunch, we walk for a bit and decided to just go back to hotel and rest. Since it is our first day in Koh Samui, we just took it slow, since we had 4 more days to explore Samui. On our way back we stop by the famous Pancake Pushcart which you can easily find whenever you are in Thialand, be it in Krabi or Samui. Not sure of the other island, but I bet you can find it.
